Shares of Accel Frontline will remain in focus on Thursday, as its promoters - CAC Holdings Corp, Japan - plans to dilute 32.56 lakh shares through an offer-for-sale. The company has fixed a floor price of ₹75 a share, which is lower than its Thursday closing price of ₹84.4. The company has reserved 3.62 lakh shares for retail investors, who will however, not be offered any discount. Currently, promoters’ shareholding in Accel Frontline stands at 89.03 per cent.
