Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) has bought back non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating Rs 670 crore.
“The company has today bought back 3,483 non—convertible debentures,” APSEZ said in a BSE filing.
The company said it bought back 2,889 NCDs aggregating Rs 500 crore due to mature on April 28. It also bought back 594 NCDs aggregating Rs 170 crore due to mature on September 15.
Shares of APSEZ were trading 1.06 per cent higher at Rs 299.90 apiece on the BSE.
