Advanced Enzyme gets ₹122 crore from anchors

Advanced Enzyme Technologies has issued 13.71 lakh shares to anchor investors at ₹896 apiece ahead of its public offer. It raised a total of ₹122.85 crore from 15 anchor investors.

The investors include DB International (Asia), Kuwait Investment Authority Fund, DSP BlackRock Equity Fund, HDFC Trustee Company, ICICI Prudential Midcap Fund, Reliance Capital Trustee Co, IDFC Imperial Equity Fund and others.

The company is selling shares of face value ₹10 each in a price band of ₹880-896 apiece. Bids have to be made in blocks of 16 shares.

ICICI Securities and Axis Capital are the merchant bankers to the issue. Kotak private equity funds own close to 5 per cent of the company and will be partly exiting through this IPO.
