The board meeting of Agarwal Industrial Corporation will be held on August 29 to consider allotment of warrants, convertible into equity shares, to the promoters of the company on preferential basis. The board wil also give a nod to hike the authorised share capital of the company and consequential amendment in the Memorandum & Articles of Association. The stock of Agarwal Industrial Corporation gained 1.6 per cent at ₹102.50 on the BSE.
