The stock of YES Bank may come under pressure as tempers ran high at the annual general meeting on Saturday on the resolution relating to the appointment of three whole-time directors. A group led by Madhu Kapur, one of the largest shareholders with 12 per cent stake, forced a vote over the appointment of Ravish Chopra, Diwan Arun Nanda and M.R. Srinivasan as whole-time directors. YES Bank will declare the result of the votes on the resolution on Monday. Madhu Kapur, widow of late Ashok Kapur, co-founder of the bank, and a few other shareholders had called for a vote on the issue after Madhu said they were not consulted on the appointment.
