Aksh Optifibre has informed the exchanges that the High Court of Rajasthan has admitted a winding up petition against the company for being corporate guarantor of the alleged/ disputed liability of its subsidiary. Aksh Optifibre, in consultation with its legal counsels, would take appropriate legal recourse to challenge the order, the company said in the notification. The company did not provide any other details about the dispute or its financial implications. Shares of Aksh Optifibre gained 3.3 per cent at ₹18.85 on the BSE.
