Kolkata-based paint manufacturer Akzo Nobel has announced a buyback offer of 8.7 per cent of its equity capital (as at March 31). The company said in its public announcement that it would buy back 13 lakh shares for Rs 920 each.
The total offer size works out to be Rs 119.6 crore. The buyback opens on June 22, and closes on July 5. ICICI Securities is the manager to the buyback offer and CD Management Services, the registrar.
