Akzo Nobel board to consider merger plan

Akzo Nobel India Ltd's board of directors will meet on October 21 to consider a proposal for the merger/amalgamation of one or more of Akzo Nobel group companies in India (Akzo Nobel Coatings India Private Ltd, Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes India Private Ltd and Akzo Nobel Chemicals (India) Ltd) with the company.
