Amtek Auto seeks more time for announcing audited results

Amtek Auto has informed the exchanges that it has submitted an application to the bourses for extension of time for submission of unaudited financial results along with limited review report and statement of assets and liabilities for the half year ended September 2017. The stock gained 4.88 per cent at ₹26.85 on the NSE.
