Anjani Portland rights open on May 25

The ₹75-crore rights issue of Anjani Portland Cement will open for subscription on Wednesday. Shareholders of the company will receive three equity shares for every eight held at ₹108.75. The record for the issue was fixed as May 18. The rights issue for 68.96 lakh shares will close on June 8 while the last date for request of split application forms in case of renunciation is June 1. The proceeds will be used for the company’s long-term working capital.
