Shares of Anjani Portland Cement will turn ex-rights on Tuesday. The company is offering 68.96 lakh shares through the rights issue at a price of ₹108.75 apiece. Shareholders who held shares as on the record date (May 18) will receive three shares for every eight held.
The full amount has to be paid along with the application form. The proceeds of the ₹75-crore issue will be used to set up a 16 MW coal-based captive power unit at its cement plant.
