Arihant Abode, a subsidiary of Arihant Superstructures , has acquired seven acres of prime land at Palaspe, Panvel. The land falls under the CIDCO - NAINA planning authority. It is near the Mumbai-Goa highway, quite close to the upcoming Alibaug-Virar Multi Modal Corridor and the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport. The land has been acquired to set up an affordable housing project, the company said. The stock of Arihant Superstructures slumped 4.07 per cent at ₹80.20 on the NSE.
