Asian Oilfield Services has successfully completed a contract for 222.1 square kilometre of 3D seismic data acquisition at block EP 4 in Myanmar by Bashneft International BV, Netherlands. “This demonstrates the company’s capability to execute projects in timely manner and in difficult terrain,” it said in a release to the stock exchanges, and added the company has now commenced operations for hiring of services for 3D SDA and processing of 250 sq km of Jaisalmer PML in Rajasthan. Shares of Asian Oilfield closed at ₹178.80 on the BSE, down 1.5 per cent.
