The stock of AstraZeneca Pharma slumped to a 52-week low of Rs 711.20 in the morning trade on the BSE after the company informed the exchanges that its promoter plans to dilute stake in the company to meet minimum public shareholding norm.
It, however, recovered and was currently trading up 4.07 per cent at Rs 867.70 against the previous day's close of Rs 833.75.
The current shareholding of the promoter in the company is about 89.99 per cent.
The stock's 52-week high is Rs 2,649.
