The shares of Atul Auto Ltd spurted by 8.43 per cent or Rs 11.50 to Rs 147.90 on the BSE this morning on the announcement that the company's board will consider a bonus issue.
The company said that a meeting of the board of directors will on May 12 consider, apart from results for FY 2011-2012 (and also last quarter January-March 2012), the proposal for issue of bonus shares.
