Heavy vehicles maker Ashok Leyland slumped 3.1 per cent, while Eicher Motor was down 2.8 per cent.
City gas distributor Indraprastha Gas jumped 3.5 per cent.
According to media reports, Green Tribunal has said no new diesel vehicles will be registered in Delhi by the government.
Officials at National Green Tribunal were not immediately reachable for comment.
