Sheet metal components manufacturer Autoline Industries Ltd jumped as much as 13.6 per cent to Rs 74, its highest since June 18.
At about 12.15 pm, the shares were quoting at Rs 70.20, up Rs 5.05 or 7.75 per cent on the NSE.
The company’s unit Autoline Industrial Parks entered into an agreement with Poddar Housing and Development to transfer 102.5 acres of land in Pune. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. More than 386,000 shares changed hands, which is about 16 times the 30-day avgerage.
The stock has shed 35.5 per cent this year as of last close vs 2.3 per cent loss of bigger rival Bosch Ltd.
