The board of Avanti Feeds will meet on Wednesday to approve a joint venture agreement to be executed between Thai Union Group PCL, Bangkok, Avanti Frozen Foods Private Ltd (its wholly owned subsidiary) and the company.
The deal includes subscription of equity shares of Avanti Frozen Foods by Thai Union Group on a preferential basis. Thai Union has been closely associated with Avanti Feeds since 2002.
