The board of Bajaj Finance on Wednesday approved issuance of 9.25 lakh warrants on preferential basis to the promoter Bajaj Finserv at an issue price of ₹4,412 a warrant. The warrant price is above the minimum price computed in accordance with SEBI Regulations 2009. The company has received shareholders’ approval for the above warrant allotment. The board has also granted 1.93 lakh stock options to identified employees under Grant-VIII of the ESOP 2009 scheme of the company. Shares of Bajaj Finance edged up 0.3 per cent at ₹4,498.75 while Bajaj Finserv shares slipped 1.1 per cent at ₹1,450.35 on the NSE.
The board of Jamna Auto Industries has approved subdivision (stock split) of each of its equity share of face value ₹10 each into two equity shares of face value ₹5 each. The stock of Jamna Auto surged 5.6 per cent at ₹252.80 on the NSE.
Arrow Coated Products has informed the BSE that the NSE has granted approval to the company’s application for listing of 1.17 crore equity shares of ₹10 each. The equity shares will be listed and admitted to dealings on the NSE from May 21 (Thursday). Shares of Arrow Coated Products surged 2.25 per cent at ₹423.2 on the BSE.
