Shares of three companies — Balrampur Chini Mills, Vardhman Acrylics and Dhanuka Agritech — will turn ex-date for the proposed buyback. That means, for investors wishing to benefit from this action, Wednesday is the last date to buy the shares. All the three buyback offers are being made through the tender route, and promoters intend to participate in the buyback. Dhanuka is offering ₹850 a share, Balrampur ₹175 and Vardhman ₹50 a share.
