Bhagyanagar, Surana Tele to talk demerger

The boards of directors of Bhagyanagar Industries and Surana Telecom and Power will meet on Monday to decide on the restructuring plan. They will approve the draft scheme for demerger of the solar business from Bhagyanagar Industries with Surana Telecom and the real estate business with Bhagyanagar Properties. Earlier in September, boards of both the firms had approved the proposal. Analysts will keenly watch the swap ratio.
