Bharti Airtel was firm but off its morning highs by close of trading on Thursday.
At 2.50 p.m. it was quoting at Rs 364.75 as against its previous close of Rs 359.05, representing a gain of 1.59 per cent.
The company on Wednesday reported a 29 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 512 crore in the second quarter on account of an increase in finance costs and forex losses due to rupee depreciation.
