Bharti Airtel held firm to add to its morning gains by the close on the BSE on Tuesday. At 3.40 pm it held gains of 2.86 per cent at Rs 394.30 as against Rs 383.35 at close yesterday.
GAIL (India) sailed up 1.82 per cent to quote at Rs 390.80 as against Rs 383.80 at close yesterday.
Sun Pharma Industries rose 1.78 per cent to quote at Rs 1,042.20 as against Rs 1,024 at close on Monday.
Dr Reddy’s Labs perked up 1.73 per cent to trade at Rs 3,512.95 as against Rs 3,453.15 at close overnight.
NTPC steamed up 1.63 per cent to quote at Rs 152.60 against Rs 150.15 at close yesterday.
