The board of credit rating agency ICRA will meet on Thursday to consider April-June results. Besides, the board will also consider a proposal to buy back the company’s shares. Investors would be keen to know the size, price and mode of buyback.
In 2017, ICRA had approved a ₹40-crore buyback via open market purchases at a maximum price of ₹4,500 a share. Through the buyback between March 2, 2017 and April 3, 2017, ICRA had bought back 96,720 equity shares.
