Bank of Baroda vaulted up over 10 per cent to end Thursday’s session on the NSE at Rs 168.60. The share had closed yesterday’s session at Rs 153.20.
Punjab National Bank also spiralled 9.77 per cent to finish at Rs 151.10 against Rs 137.65 at close overnight.
Dr Reddy’s Labs surged 5.41 per cent to quote at Rs 3,913.10 against Rs 3,712.35 at close yesterday.
Cipla was broadly firm, trading at Rs 711.05. This represented a gain of 4.64 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 679.55.
ITC was up 3.93 per cent at Rs 315.95 against Rs 304 at close yesterday.
