Bosch Ltd gained as much as 3 per cent, while IDFC Ltd fell as much as 2.4 per cent before paring some of its losses.
At 10.20 am, Bosch shares were up 3 per cent or Rs 647.65 at Rs 22,268.90 on the NSE while IDFC shares were down 0.63 per cent or Rs 1.05 at Rs 164.90.
Bosch will replace IDFC in the broader 50-share NSE index from May 29.
Bosch shall have a weightage of 0.7 per cent in the index, according to analysts.
