Cairn out of BSE indices

Petronet LNG will replace Cairn India in the S&P BSE Sensex Next 50 index from April 26, the BSE said in a notice on Thursday. The move is on account of Cairn India merging with Vedanta. Cairn India will also be out of S&P BSE India Infrastructure Index, S&P BSE AllCap, S&P BSE Energy, S&P BSE LargeCap and S&P BSE LargeMidCap. Besides, the notice said that Havells India would replace United Spirits in the S&P BSE Sensex Next 50 index.
