The board of HIL on Wednesday gave consent to acquire the entire stake in Parador Holdings GmbH, Germany, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, proposed to be incorporated as HIL International GmbH. The enterprise value of Parador Holdings GmbH is €82.8 million (₹687.2 crore), HIL said. Shareholders will closely monitor the development. HIL had reported a profit of ₹80.75 crore on revenues of ₹1,325.05 crore for fiscal 2017.
