Celebrity Fashions: eyes on preference allotment

Shares of Celebrity Fashions will remain in focus, as its board of directors is meeting on Friday to approve issue of equity shares on preferential basis and issue of convertible warrants on preferential basis to promoters/directors. The apparels and accessories major reported a loss of ₹7.35 crore on revenue of ₹29.56 crore for the quarter ended September 2016. Even in the April-June quarter it had reported a loss of ₹6.28 crore on revenue of ₹51.20 crore.
