Tata Motors was broadly firm on the markets on Friday. It was the top gainer on the NSE as well, finishing the session at Rs 513.7, up 5.24 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 488.10.
Cipla held steady with gains of 4.28 per cent at Rs 654.7. The share had closed the overnight session at Rs 627.80.
ICICI Bank advanced to hold gains of 4.07 per cent at Rs 317 as against Rs 304.60 at close yesterday.
YES Bank gained 3.47 per cent to trade at Rs 826.10 as against Rs 798.40 at close overnight.
Hindalco Industries spiked up 3.46 per cent at Rs 138.95 as against Rs 134.3 at close on Thursday.
