Foreign fund house Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Pvt Ltd on Thursday sold 25.55 lakh shares of hospital chain Fortis Healthcare for Rs 22 crore in the stock market.
Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Pvt Ltd sold 25.55 lakh shares of Fortis for Rs 86.47 a share through a bulk deal, according to the data available with the BSE.
As on September quarter, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Pvt Ltd held 1,15,20,896 shares or 2.84 per cent stake in Fortis.
Shares of Fortis closed at Rs 84.60 on the BSE, up 3.23 per cent from the previous close.
