Clearwater Capital Partners Singapore Fund III Private Limited has reduced its stake in Oricon Enterprises . In a disclosure to the exchanges, the Singapore-based fund house said that it sold 69.02 lakh shares in Oricon Enterprises between March and December this year. Following the share sale, its holding in the company has slipped below the 1 per cent mark at 0.947 per cent, from 5.3423 per cent earlier. Shares of Oricon Enterprises closed at ₹59.75, down 1.05 per cent, on the NSE.

KSS has informed the exchanges that K Sera Sera Miniplex, a subsidiary of the company, has inaugurated the Malout Miniplex near Pritam Palace, Muktsar Road, Punjab, with two screens. The theatre will also be used to conduct virtual e-education classes in non-movie hours, the company said. With this, the total number of screens has reached 20. K Sera Sera Miniplex has already signed 100+ MoUs for setting up miniplexes across the country. These miniplexes are in various stages of finalisation. Shares of KSS closed flat at ₹0.30 on the NSE.

Steel Strips Wheels on Monday said it has received a ₹50-crore, multi-year order from Mahindra & Mahindra’s tractors division. Steel Strips Wheels will supply 3.66 lakh tractor wheels for M&M’s puddling and vineyard tractor range over seven years, it said in a release to the exchanges. Mass supplies to Mahindra Tractors are expected to commence from January 2017, Steel Strips Wheels said. Shares of Steel Strips Wheels edged up 3 per cent at ₹448.10 on the NSE.
