Mold-Tek Packaging has raised about ₹55 crore through a qualified institutional placement of shares, which closed on January 30. The company has fixed the issue price at ₹220.17, a discount of five per cent to the floor price of ₹231.75. The QIP committee has allotted 24.98 lakh shares to the qualified institutional buyers. Shares of Mold-Tek Packaging closed at ₹237, up 0.25 per cent on the BSE.
