Diamines & Chemicals has informed the exchanges that its board of directors on Tuesday decided to merge the company’s wholly owned subsidiary - Diamines Speciality Chemicals, into its holding company Diamines and Chemicals. The decision is subject to necessary approvals from statutory authorities. Shares of Diamines & Chemicals closed at ₹41.15, up 4.18 per cent on the BSE.
The board of Vascon Engineers on Tuesday approved purchase of shares of Sunflower Real Estate Developers Private Ltd for a consideration of ₹1 crore. Following the acquisition, Sunflower will become a subsidiary of Vascon Engineers. The board also recommended to the members of the company to approve grant of 64 lakh stock options to eligible employees under ESOS, 2015. Shares of Vascon Engineers edged down 4 per cent at ₹23 on the BSE.
Diamond Power Infrastructure has informed the BSE that it has received a notice from its subsidiary Diamond Power Transformers for an extra-ordinary general meeting on August 25. The main agenda of the meeting is to approve the initial public offering of equity shares of Diamond Power Transformers on the SME Exchange. Shares of Diamond Power gained about a per cent a ₹47.35 on the BSE.
