Jubilant FoodWorks has added Custard Bliss dessert and Double Cheese Crunch pizza to its Domino’s Pizza menu. It has also started offering the cheese burst variant in regular size pizzas, the company said in an exchange filing on Wednesday. Earlier, the Cheese Burst pizza was only available in medium and large sizes. The new product launches will be supported by an all-round advertising campaign, the company said. Shares of Jubilant FoodWorks slipped marginally to ₹1,447.75 on the NSE from the previous day’s close of ₹1,449.10.

Marsons has informed the BSE that the Board meeting called on December 11, 2015 has been postponed due to certain unavoidable circumstances and the same will now be held on December 16. The board will consider a proposal for issue of securities, including debentures, bonds, private placement of shares by conversion of loans or outstandings of creditors or by fresh issue of shares upto a maximum of ₹50 crore to meet long-term fund requirements and to facilitate the corporate restructuring proposal of the company. Shares of Marsons plunged 5 per cent on the BSE at ₹7.05.

The board of Trio Mercantile & Trading on Wednesday approved allotment of 60.63 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each to the shareholders of ARSS Engineering following the scheme of amalgamation approved by the High Court of Bombay. Authorised Directors would take all necessary steps for listing of the issue, and obtaining permission for trading of the allotted shares, the company said in a disclosure to the stock exchanges. The stock of BSE-listed Trio Mercantlie last traded on December 3 at ₹21.35.
