ONGC has informed Deep Industries that it has received an approval from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas for transferring 25 per cent participating interest along with joint ownership to Prabha Energy Private Limited, subsidiary of Deep Industries. The announcement is in respect of CBM Block NK-CBM-2001/1 (North Karanpura). While shares of ONGC tumbled 4.6 per cent at ₹226.60 on the NSE, Deep Industries plunged 8 per cent at ₹160.70.

The board of Bharati Shipyard on Thursday approved an allotment of 26.47 lakh convertible warrants at ₹22 apiece on preferential basis to Edelweiss Finance & Investments in compliance with statutory and relevant regulations. The company has received 25 per cent amount towards the issue price, i.e. ₹5.50 a warrant, from Edelweiss Finance & Investments. The Bharti Shipyard stock surged 5 per cent at ₹35.75 on the BSE.

Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies & Allied Chemicals has informed the BSE that its board will meet on January 13 to consider issue and allotment of 1.309 crore convertible share warrants of face value ₹10 each in three tranches at an issue price of ₹17.02 a share to Brilliant Industries Pvt Ltd, (promoter) on preferential basis. The company has already received shareholders’ approval for the issue price.
