AGC Networks has partnered with Intel Security for managed security services globally. CYBER-i, the cyber security division of AGC Networks, and Intel Security announced a strategic managed services provider partnership to offer outcome-based managed security services across the globe. This will give customers a credible solution designed to effectively and proactively prevent/monitor and respond to security incidents in their organisations, the company said in a statement. The level of cyber threats is increasing exponentially and this has led to a shortage of skilled security professionals. Thus, the overall demand for managed security services in India and globally has increased as organisations seek to maximise/remediate network security through managed services, the company said. The stock surged 20 per cent at ₹79.4 on the BSE.

Jindal Photo has informed the exchanges that Bombay High Court on February 26 had sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement among Jindal Photo and Jindal Poly Films and their respective shareholders and creditors. Jindal Photo’s manufacturing division would be merged with Jindal Poly. Under the Scheme of Arrangement, Jindal Photo shareholders will get 10 shares of Jindal Poly for every 59 shares held in the company. Jindal Poly will issue 17.38 lakh fully paid-up shares to the equity shareholder of the demerged company - Jindal Photo. Shares of Jindal Photo gained 2.96 per cent at ₹156.7, while that of Jindal Poly 0.49 per cent climbed to ₹417.25.

The board of JHS Svendgaard Laboratories has approved conversion of 1.02 crore warrants into equity shares. The warrants are held by 17 different investors. Of these, 15 are non-promoters and two -- Nikhil Nanda and Sushma Nanda -- are promoters of the company. Upon conversion of warrants into equity shares, Nikhil Nanda will receive 24 lakh equity shares and Sushma Nanda will receive 28.50 lakh equity shares of the company. The stock gained 4.9 per cent at ₹23.4 on the BSE.
