Surya Roshni on Friday informed the exchanges that it has secured an order worth ₹27.60 crore from Energy Efficiency Services, a joint venture company of public sector undertakings of the Ministry of Power. The contract, which was bagged through competitive e-bidding, entails design, manufacture and supply of LED tubelights. The company has to execute the order in five months. Shares of Surya Roshni gained 1.33 per cent at ₹175.8 on the NSE.

The bond issue committee of the board of Indiabulls Housing Finance on Friday approved the draft prospectus for a bond issue. The company plans to issue secured redeemable non-convertible debentures and unsecured redeemable NCDs for ₹3,500 crore with an option to retain oversubscription of up to ₹3,500 crore. The committee also approved submission of the copies of the Draft Prospectus to SEBI, BSE (the designated stock exchange), NSE and other authorities. The NCDs will be listed on the BSE and the NSE. The stock of Indiabulls Housing Finance closed a tad lower at ₹800.10 on the NSE.

Shree Precoated Steels has informed the BSE that Siderlba S.P.A has filed a winding up petition against the company with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay. The company has received the petition and will take suitable legal action in consultation with its legal counsels, it said. Shares of Shree Precoated jumped 5.9 per cent at ₹2.51 on the BSE.
