Inox Wind on Monday said that it has bagged cumulative orders worth over ₹2,000 crore for the supply and installation of wind turbine generators of 350 megawatt (MW). In a BSE filing, wind energy solutions provider said it has got new orders from several repeat customers. The projects, which will be executed on turnkey basis in Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, are expected to be commissioned by March 2017. Shares of Inox Wind gained 4.4 per cent at ₹209.15 on NSE.
Saksoft Ltd has informed the exchanges that inoperative wholly owned subsidiaries, Saksoft GmbH (Germany) and Saksoft FR SARL (France) have been closed through voluntary liquidation. Local Statutory authorities have completed the liquidation formalities and confirmed the same, it said in a notification to the exchanges. As both Saksoft GmbH and Saksoft FR SARL were not material subsidiaries, there were no revenues or income from these subsidiaries, it said. Shares of Saksoft closed 0.5 per cent higher at ₹199.85 on the NSE.
The board of Satin Creditcare Network Ltd on Monday approved the allotment of 45.3 lakh equity shares of face value of ₹10 each to qualified institutional buyers at ₹551.88 a share. This aggreages to ₹249.99 crore. Shares of Satin Credit Care closed at ₹581.95, up 2.3 per cent on the NSE.
