Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, a division under Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, was created after the AB group had reorganised its retail business earlier this year. Blue Dart Express has increased its stake subsidiary Blue Dart Aviation to 100 per cent, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. Blue Dart Express offers logistics services, while Blue Dart Aviation operates a fleet of six Boeing-757 aircraft across India for cargo operations. In April, Blue Dart Express’ board had approved a proposal to increase stake in its aviation arm to 100 per cent from 74 per cent. Shares of Blue Dart Express slipped 1.67 per cent at ₹4,556.70 on NSE.
