Onelife Capital Advisors has informed the BSE that it has acquired 100 per cent shareholding in its step-down subsidiaries Goodyield Farming and Good Yield Fertilisers and Pesticides Pvt Ltd, rendering the two wholly owned subsidiaries of Onelife Capital Advisors. Further, Goodyield Farming and Good Yield Fertilisers and Pesticides have, in their board meetings held on Wednesday, approved the transfer of 100 per cent shareholding to Onelife Capital Advisors. The stock of Onelife Capital Advisors slipped 1.6 per cent at ₹21.70 on the NSE.
Siemens has said that it has bagged an order valued at ₹366 crore from Oil and Natural Gas Corp for supply of material used for overhauling 18 power turbines through zero-hour overhaul and time continued overhaul. In an exchange filing, the company said the zero-hour overhauling will be the first of its kind in India and involves the overhaul of power turbines to zero-hour status. Traditionally, ONGC’s power turbines have undergone time continued overhaul, whereby the power turbines can run for another 50,000 hours before the next overhaul. Under the zero-hour overhaul, the power turbines can perform almost as new, capable of running another one lakh hours before the next overhaul. This will help reduce the down-time and increase the productivity due to elimination of at least one intermediate overhaul. Shares of Siemens ended up 0.5 per cent at ₹1,164.30 on the NSE.
