A2Z Infra Engineering on Thursday said it has bagged three orders worth ₹222 crore from Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Co for supplying materials and erecting lines and substations. The orders would have to be executed in Durg, Raipur and Bilaspur regions. The order in Durg region is worth ₹41.885 crore, that in Raipur is worth ₹75.543 crore and in Bilaspur region ₹105 crore. On the NSE, shares of A2Z Infra ended up 4.4 per cent at ₹41.35.

Mirza International has acquired Hi-Life Fabricators Pvt Ltd, which has leasehold land of 4,000 sq mtr in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, for ₹3.21 crore. The acquisition is to meet the infrastructure requirements of the online platform of Mirza International for its domestic and international business and to set up a back-office for information technology-enabled services for future projects. Shares of Mirza International ended up 0.2 per cent at ₹88.35 on the NSE.

Shreyas Shipping and Logistics said its subsidiary Shreyas Relay Systems is set to acquire Balaji Shipping Lines FZCO. Shreyas Relay will acquire the Dubai-based company from Mauritius-based Transworld Holding Ltd by issuing shares to the latter. Consequent to the acquisition, Shreyas Shipping will hold less than 50 per cent stake in Shreyas Relay, the company said in a filing to exchanges. The acquisition will help Shreyas Relay extend its reach beyond the Indian subcontinent. Balaji Shipping, a carrier for refrigerated and dry cargoes, has presence in West Asia and the UK, according to the release. Shares of Shreyas Shipping were up 0.55 per cent at ₹278.70 on the NSE.
