MSR India has bagged a ₹24-lakh order from Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (ISRO). Earlier in December the company had said that it had won a prestigious order worth ₹50 lakh from ISRO for manufacturing special purpose components. After enterinng into the aerospace and Defence sectors, MSR India has been bagging orders from ISRO. Shares of BSE-listed MSR India slipped 1.4 per cent at ₹38.95 on the BSE.
Drug firm Marksans Pharma on Wednesday informed the exchanges that it has received a certificate of good manufacturing practice (GMP) from the Australian drugs and devices regulator for its facility in Verna, Goa. Therapeutic Goods Administration is Australia’s regulatory agency for medical drugs and devices. Shares of Marksans Pharma edged down 1.43 per cent at ₹51.55 on the NSE.
Dilip Buildcon has informed the exchanges that it has incorporated three separate special purpose vehicle (SPV) companies for projects valued at ₹3,269 crore in Maharashtra. Earlier in March the company had informed the exchanges that it had bagged orders from the National Highways Authority of India under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, in a single stretch in Maharashtra. The SPV companies are DBL Mahagaon Yavatmat Highways Pvt Ltd (bid price ₹1,027.96 crore), DBL Yavatmal Wardha Highways Pvt Ltd (₹926.62 crore) and DBL Wardha Butibori Highways Pvt Ltd (₹950.86 crore). Shares of Dilip Buildcon slipped 1.34 per cent at ₹428.10 on the NSE.
