De Nora India has informed the exchanges that one of its promoters, Madhu Khanna, sold 6,970 shares on July 14. This represents 0.13 per cent of the paid-up capital of the company. As of June end, Madhu Khanna had held 26,970 shares (or 0.51 per cent stake) in De Nora India. Including its foreign promoter Oranzio De Nora International BV’s 53.68 per cent, total promoter holding in the company stands at 54.20 per cent of the equity base. The stock of De Nora closed 0.3 per cent lower at ₹291.60 on the BSE.

Hindustan Copper has signed an MoU with Mishra Dhatu Nigam (Midhani), a CPSE under the Ministry of Defence, on July 22. The pact is for joint collaboration in the production of copper-nickel tubes and related items. However, the company did not disclose the deal size or any other particulars but said the MoU will promote the ‘Make in India’ initiative and create significant business synergy for both HCL and Midhani. Shares of Hindustan Copper edged down 0.75 per cent at ₹65.05 on the BSE.

Time Technoplast has informed the exchanges that Morgan Stanley (France), Morgan Stanley (Singapore) and Morgan Stanley (Mauritius) sold 54.99 lakh shares of the company through open market on July 20. After the sale, the number of shares held by Morgan Stanley in Time Technoplast fell to 25.65 lakh (or 1.13 per cent) from 80.65 lakh (3.56 per cent). Shares of Time Technoplast slipped 1.5 per cent at ₹162.45 on the BSE.
