Autoline Industries Ltd proposes to set up manufacturing facility at Dharwad for Tata Motors Ltd's expansion of capacity for IRIS & ZIP and other new models. The business expected to be generated is approximately Rs 200 crore a year starting from FY 2012-13.

After receiving the Letter of Intent from Government of Maharashtra for Mega Project status, Autoline has submitted required documents for getting the eligibility certificate. The company plans to submit the claim for getting the various benefits under Package Scheme of lncentives (PSI) 2007 starting from October 2009 to March 31, 2011, and then every financial year.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd's board of directors on November 14 approved the consolidation of its shareholding in Swaraj Automotives Ltd (SAL) through a voluntary open offer. It would be making an open offer for acquiring up to 6,47,382 fully paid-up shares constituting 27 per cent of the total share capital at an offer price of Rs 90 a share for a total consideration not exceeding Rs 5.82 crore. The shares of SAL are listed in the Delhi Stock Exchange.

Unity Infraprojects Ltd has been awarded a contract by Adani Township and Real Estate Company valued Rs 183.88 crore and contract for construction of buildings at North Campus of Delhi University by Engineers India Ltd (a Government of India undertaking) valued Rs 121.80 crore.
