Crest Ventures has informed the exchange of the amalgamation between ITI Capital Holdings Private Limited, ITI Securities, and Crest Ventures. The company has submitted a copy of the order passed by Hon'ble High Court of Bombay dated October 30, approving the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation between the three companies, ITI Capital Holdings Private Limited, ITI Securities and Crest Ventures, and their respective shareholders and creditors.
