The board of directors of Cupid will meet on Friday to consider an issue of bonus shares. If the board approves the issue, it would be the maiden bonus issue from India’s leading manufacturer of male and female condoms.
Shareholders would be keen to know the ratio of bonus issue and the record date. Cupid had reported a profit of ₹4.48 crore and total revenues of ₹18.04 crore.
For financial year 2017-18, it had posted profit after tax of ₹17.09 crore and total sales of ₹81.78 crore.
