Datamatics Global’s robotic operation in US

Datamatics Global Services Inc, the wholly owned subsidiary of Datamatics Global Services, has incorporated a new entity — Datamatics Robotics Software Inc in the US. In a disclosure to the exchanges, the company said the incorporation is through the acquisiton. The company paid $1,000 a share and said it is not a related-party transaction. The acquisition aims at providing a sharper focus on some of the current offerings of the company, Datamatics said in the disclosure.
