Shares of DB Corp will remain in focus on Monday, as they will turn ex-date on Tuesday for the proposed buyback. The company plans to buy back up to 92 lakh equity shares (being 5 per cent of the total paid-up equity capital) at ₹340 a share.
The promoters and promoter group of DB Corp will tender up to a maximum of 34 lakh equity shares (1.85 per cent of the share capital of the company).
Traders wishing to participate in the buyback need to own DB Corp shares by Monday.
