What to Watch. Demerger of Adani Enterprises

Adani Enterprises has fixed June 4 as record date to identify eligible shareholders for the scheme of arrangement and demerger among the companies, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, Adani Power, Adani Transmission and Adani Mining Pvt Ltd. The stock will turn ex-date to reflect the corporate action. While all current contracts of Adani Enterprises will expire on June 2, fresh derivative contracts will be introduced from June 3 reflecting the corporate action.
